If any transactions still haven’t tracked after this time, don’t worry - you can report them easily using the Missing Transaction Form in the app: airtimerewards://missingtransactionform. Once submitted, we'll have your claim reviewed and responded to within 7 days.
Alternatively you can send us over a the proof of purchase on here. Please ensure the proof of purchase shows the retailer, date of purchase, amount, if the transaction was in store or online and last four digits of the card used. If the purchase was done in store could you please also confirm the address of the store.
